Volunteering
At Three Peaks we are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. We welcome applications from everyone regardless of age, disability, gender, gender identity, race, religion or belief and sexual orientation. All posts within our school, including volunteer posts, are subject to enhanced disclosure and barring service checks, and where applicable prohibition checks.
Volunteering at Three Peaks
At Three Peaks we have many opportunities for parents/carers or members of the community to become involved with our school. We are open to having volunteer to support us with the following:
- Reading with children
- Sharing stories
- Sporting activities
- Assisting on trips and educational visits
- Gardening
- Looking after our library
- Any help or skills you are able to offer would be greatly appreciated.

An application form will need to be completed prior to volunteering. We require volunteers to hold an enhance disclosure and barring service check and if this is not applicable we put in place a risk assessment. We also require two colleagues or people who know you.
